if an order was not delivered or arrived damaged?

  • If an order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date and the tracking number has not been updated, please get in touch with the seller here or at kamfineart@gmail.com.

  • If an order is damaged in transit from the seller to the customer, please contact the seller within 14 days of delivery here or at kamfineart@gmail.com.

    • To be eligible for a full refund of a damaged order:

      • The customer will be required to send photographic proof of the damaged shipping container and product to the seller. Please retain both the container and product until the refund has been fully processed.

Return policy:

  • No returns are accepted for art prints.

  • Returns on original artworks are considered on an individual order basis. Customer must contact the seller within 7 days of delivery date. Please send a return inquiry here or to kamfineart@gmail.com. If the return is approved:

    • Customer must mail the artwork back to the seller within 5 days of approval date.

    • Seller will provide the customer with a pre-paid USPS label to use for return shipping. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the final amount refunded to the customer.

    • To be eligible to receive a full refund (minus return shipping costs), the artwork must be returned in its original shipping container and properly packed with the original packing material. Please take note of how the artwork was originally packed when opening the order.

    • If the original shipping container is not suitable for return shipping, please inform the seller in the return inquiry and further instructions will be provided.
